Heather Droesch

Heather has lived on the Seacoast most of her life. She was raised in Portsmouth, graduated from Portsmouth High School, and attended classes at the University of New Hampshire. Her love for the area and maintaining its quality of life drove her decision to specialize in real estate and residential building management in the area.

 

Since 2001, she has successfully built a career working with local builders, one of whom she oversees the new home construction, associated sales, and property management. Her success is driven by her depth of knowledge across the multiple Seacoast municipalities she works with, her understanding of all their details, and her dedication to maintaining these working relationships through consistent communication.

 

Therefore, she often exceeds the expectations of her clients and is known for successfully negotiating contracts that benefit all parties.

 

Having been a long-time resident of the Seacoast area, she chose to raise her family in Greenland for the last 13 years. In her free time, she enjoys riding her Harley, exploring new places in the Seacoast area, and spending time with her husband and grown children.
