 Heather has called the Seacoast home for most of her life, growing up in Portsmouth, graduating from Portsmouth High School, and attending classes at the University of New Hampshire. Her deep love for the area and commitment to maintaining its unique quality of life inspired her to specialize in real estate and residential building management throughout the Seacoast.

Since 2001, Heather has built a successful career working closely with local builders, overseeing new home construction, managing property sales, and handling property management. Her extensive knowledge of the many Seacoast municipalities, combined with her attention to detail and dedication to building strong working relationships, allows her to consistently exceed client expectations. Heather is known for her effective communication, her thorough understanding of local regulations, and her ability to negotiate contracts that benefit everyone involved.

A longtime resident, Heather chose to raise her family in Greenland, where she has lived for the past 13 years. When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you’ll find her riding her Harley, exploring new corners of the Seacoast, or spending quality time with her husband and grown children.
