Brooke Biolo is a Connecticut native who has called the Seacoast home for the better part of the last four years. By day, she’s inspiring students as a Spanish teacher at Somersworth High School. In her free time, Brooke is just as active—whether she’s practicing and teaching yoga, coaching soccer, hitting the slopes, or unwinding at the beach with a good book.

With 2.5 years of experience in real estate, Brooke brings a genuine love for the Seacoast and a wealth of local knowledge to every client relationship. Her deep community connections, paired with her approachable and energetic style, make her a natural fit for helping clients buy and sell homes with New Space Real Estate.

Brooke holds a Bachelor’s degree from Salve Regina University (2014) and a Master’s from Louisiana State University (2017). Her passion for helping others is the common thread in everything she does—whether it’s guiding students in the classroom, supporting clients on the mat, or helping families find their dream home. Her patience, compassion, and determination set her apart and make her an excellent advocate for buyers and sellers navigating the exciting, and sometimes stressful, world of real estate.
